Adjustable 2-Wire Weave Ring Tutorial (Beginner Friendly)
A simple yet classic wire-wrapped jewelry project.
Materials:
18 gauge base wire – 17 cm
26 gauge weaving wire – 90 cm
Steps:
Measure and bend your base wire at 8 cm from one end and 9 cm from the other to create an off-centered fold.
Begin your weaving pattern using your 26 gauge wire, securing the two wires together in your preferred weave (e.g., 3-3, figure-eight, etc.).
Once you've woven enough for your desired ring size, gently form it around a ring mandrel or any cylindrical object that matches your finger size.
Shape and swirl the ends as desired for decoration or to make the ring adjustable.
This ring is a versatile design and great for practicing wire weaving basics. It also makes a thoughtful handmade gift!
